Privacy
In plain English: this site has one form and one analytics tool. The form sends what you type to us so we can reply. Analytics counts visits without knowing who you are. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising tracking here at all.
Who runs this site
DEZCOOL LLC dba Nekko Digital operates Nekko IT and this website. If you want to reach us about anything on this page, use the contact form — it is the only channel we ask you to use for privacy questions, so requests do not get lost in a personal inbox.
What the contact form collects
The form asks for your name, your email address, whether you want on-site or remote help, and a description of the problem. You choose what to put in that description. Please do not include passwords, card numbers, or anything else you would not write on a postcard — if we need something like that, we will ask for it at the time, in person or during a session.
We use what you send only to reply to you and to help with the thing you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no newsletter to be added to.
Who else handles it
The form is delivered by Web3Forms, which passes your message to our email and does not use it for anything else. Our email is hosted by a commercial provider, as almost everyone's is. That is the whole list of parties who see a form submission.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count how many people visit, which pages they read, and whether they used the form or the phone link. It tells us that a visit happened, not who you are. It does set cookies in your browser, and your browser's own privacy settings — or an ad blocker — will stop it without breaking anything on this site.
There is no advertising pixel here, no social-network tracking, no session recording, and no profile building. We do not sell or share anything with data brokers, because we do not have anything worth selling and would not sell it if we did.
How long we keep things
Form submissions stay in our email while they are useful — a job in progress, a client we may work with again — and get cleared out when they are not. Analytics data expires on Google's own schedule.
Asking us to delete something
Send a note through the contact form and we will delete what we hold about you and confirm that we have. You do not need to give a reason.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging tech support. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
