Computer repair in Honolulu — and the honest version of it.

The straight answer
Which kind of problem is it?
Software — most of the time.
Slow or freezing machines, pop-ups and scam warnings, virus cleanup, email that stopped working, Wi-Fi and printer trouble, storage that's full, updates gone wrong, new-computer setup and data moves. This is our work — at your kitchen table in Honolulu, or over a secure remote session anywhere in Hawaiʻi. $119 first hour · $85/hr after on-site · $75/hr · one-hour minimum remote.
Hardware — we'll say so, free.
Cracked screens, worn batteries, liquid spills, board-level failures, machines that won't power on at all. We don't do hardware repairs — and we don't pretend to. You'll get a straight answer and a pointer to a Honolulu repair shop we'd trust with our own machines. No fee for the honesty, and no cut taken on the referral.
In plain English: tell us what's happening, and we'll tell you honestly which side yours is on — before you pay anyone anything.
The gray areas
Not sure which side yours is on?
-
It won't turn on.
Could be either — a power setting and a failed board can look identical from the outside. Describe it in the form; we can usually tell you which it sounds like from your answer alone.
-
You spilled something on it.
That's hardware, and time matters: power it off, don't plug it in to charge, and get it to a repair shop quickly. We'd rather lose the job than have you lose the machine.
-
It's running hot and loud.
Often it's runaway software — that's us. Sometimes it's years of dust in the fans — that's a shop's cleaning bench.
-
It keeps restarting on its own.
Genuinely either. Start with the form; it costs nothing to find out.
How it works
Three steps. No mysteries.
-
Tell us what's going on.
The two-minute form, in your own words. We reply within 24 hours, Mon–Sat, with an honest read and a time.
-
We come to you — or connect remotely.
Patient, unhurried help at your Honolulu home or business, or a secure session you approve and can end at any time, from any island.
-
You get it in writing.

Fair questions
Things people ask before they reach out.
Do you fix cracked screens, batteries, or other hardware?
No. If your machine needs a physical repair, we'll say so plainly and point you to a Honolulu shop we'd trust with our own machines. That advice is free.
What if it can't be fixed?
Sometimes the honest answer is "this needs a repair shop" or "it's time to replace it." You'll get that answer straight, with your options and rough costs — and you only ever pay for the time used.
How much does it cost?
On-site in Honolulu is $119 for the first hour (travel included), then $85/hr after that. Remote is $75/hr with a one-hour minimum. Full details on the pricing page — no surprises is the whole point.
Do you work on Windows PCs?
